    Unfortunately each state has very different rules concerning Kit Cars so you will need to research yours well to know the specifics. I would suggest that you try and make contact with the Cobra Kit Car community as well as other Kit Cars like SLC and Super Formance and so on in your area as they will have insight on the rules and regulations for your area. I assure you that there are more of them than there are Nobles in your area and they likely have been battling these issues just as they are here in Northern California.

    Connecticut 05 Noble owner, spent 4 years getting car sorted (!!) and now first trip to DMV trying to inspect and register. DMV classifying as composite or kit car and rejected for no bumpers and no FMVSS-209 seat belt labels. Looking for advice on how you registered yours when you owned it if you have time.
