I think it could be tank connections and/or internals. These cars can be frustrating and difficult at times even for the typical experts..

I can be a bit special at times and this may be one of those moments.
Is there a structural/mechanical advantage to these cf trays over the oem?
Are the original trays cracking from cold winter...
