Can you 3D print the plastic piece?
Ran out of allowed limit to post pictures on this forum. The individual ducts are just opened to the engine bay (hopefully pulling some hot air out of there).
Probably a vacuum leak. I had some at the waste gate actuator.
It could also be the idle air control valve/actuator...

I made another version of the lenses. They are thicker with a chamfered profile. The ducts are now 2 piece (flange and the duct itself). They are 3D printed in ABS. The lenses click into the flanges...
Very nice! Thanks for putting this together. Poster for the garage anyone? :D
Also... it felt like the two round light would go better with the original Noble spirit... the two rings are actually exactly the same diameter as the original lights...
Yes, but this light well had been cleaned up by removing the stock light mounting points i.e. this is non-reversible I believe...
Actually thanks for a honest feedback Driven! I'm not sold on the design myself but it grew on me a bit over time. I guess I'm also a bit biased :)
I saw the horizontal light bars as well. I think...
The reverse light is mounted in the middle (for now). You can see the turn signals on and off below. The brake lights are all 4 rings on.

I had to make everything (except for the LED rings) from scratch. The enclosures are shaped by stretching a fabric over the molds and then adding some fiber glass. The lenses are milled out of a 1/4"...
Venting tail lights... I still don't know if I like them but fortunately it's all fully reversible :)

It's a 0.25in opening
Hmm... maybe it’s because of the shorter intake... I’m no expert on tuning so I have to trust the experts ;)
Mesh is from https://www.customcargrills.com/ and it’s attached with bunch of ties from https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productselection.asp?Product=4335

A while ago I decided to replace my beaten front grill mesh. While I was at it, I replaced all of them with this hexagonal mesh...

Are you using the Pro-M Racing MAF?
I recently got a 2014 MINI Cooper, 1.5L 3 cylinder turbo. It's not as much fun but handling is still great. And check this out:

Ha, I wish I had the knowledge about the mold myself! :D It was a lot of YouTube time... ;)
I don't believe the stock ECU supports speed density sensors. Otherwise I would have switched to that....
Yup, it was fun trying for sure! I learned a lot and that counts :)

There is an improvement in the torque and HP in the lower RPM range...
The car is now with Hoover for the Dyno tuning. It looks like I won't get more power out of the upgrade as the MAF is maxed out :(. But that was not the goal of the project anyway.
Also the IC heat...
You may have noticed that the BOV had to be relocated to accommodate the new position of the IC. BOV now sticks out of the side of the IC.
That wasn't the only change though. Because of the new...

Recently I finished relocating the intercooler on my Rossion and I thought some of you may be interested. As you know, the IC on Rossions hangs off the engine end and is being fed cold air passively...
