    I'm wondering how the new GT40 from Superformance would compare.

    Funny you say that. I met a gent from Superformance at Crystal Cove. He was alluding that their car was faster than an M400.. and trying to sell me a kit of course

    Last I saw the GT40 replica at 1gracing a few weeks ago, it was still being assembled and parts being sorted out.. So I wouldn't use any existing performance stats for this line. It is beautiful, in a gilled sort of way, but really only a track car, so I'd compare it with the high-end track-only cars, A/C or not.

    That's why Ford changed the dimensions for the Ford GT. The GT's dimensions are nothing like the original but they managed to keep the overall design perspective. Unlike another resized car, the Classic Roadster Cobra. They make it with a stretched and widened body and notched doors. That thing is really kind of goofy looking when compared to the original body style and size.....
