my heater/ac knobs (particularly the temp one) basically doesn't turn at all, though i remember reading this is common?
how hard it is to replace this thing? i've never looked into it. if it's not too hard i would consider picking that up.

From what I recall, the knobs don't turn due to the install that winds the cable too tight so it can't move.

Interesting that you traded your Noble for an Evora. I was looking for one (Evora) that is for sale close to me. How do you compare the two? Did you ever track your Noble?

I was in the minority of Noble owners who never tracked it and had no desire too.
I have owned over 70 cars and some were just garage queens like my noble was that come out with 100% sun.

My noble since new was never in rain or even washed with a hose. LOL

In my eyes Not much too compare since I see them as totally different cars.

    Looks are different.
Noble looks are more exotic and head turning.

Technology of 2005 car vs 2017 car is night and day.
Both cars are quick cars with Evora having a slightly higher end.(Not that it matters, where do you go 185mph?)

I stupidly went 169 mph in my noble but the Evora is to new to try top end plus not sure I want to try my luck again without getting a ticket.

Reason for selling the noble was nothing more than Hated Stick shift and no back seat.
If it at least had an automatic trans I would still own it.

Love the modern look, luxury and ride of the Evora and still has go when I punch it.

Fortunately owned the noble for 4 years with no mechanical issues and actually sold it for a profit 4 years later.

The dealer I traded it into sold it but I have no idea where it is or what the new owner is doing with it.

I thought about trading my M400 for an Evora too. Funny you say the Evora is modern and luxurious, but relative to the Noble, it might as well be a Rolls Royce.
