Turbohoses still alive?

Hi all, I’m just checking here if anyone had a good luck contacting Turbohoses or Hoover lately. They have had my car for more than 2 years now. I appreciate and understand the difficulties they had in the past but they don’t respond to my emails or phone. Have you heard from them lately?

Yes. Initially it was there to swap out the front turbo that blew up. Last I heard from Hoover, they were not able to upload any tune to ECU so they were swapping a new one in...

Good luck. They've had a Q1 in for SCCA race prep for over the past 11 years.

Why are they uploading a tune for a front turbo swap, assuming the turbo and boost pressure is the same?

Gotcha, that's tough. Based on what I've read about in the past, you're going to be waiting for a very very long time.

Update: I got a reply from TH/Hoover today. They will start working on my car next week. I'll keep you posted if there is an interest...
