We gonna start taking bets on when it'll be done?

    My guess is, 2027.

Maybe they couldn't find the keys?

They are notorious for slow work, and I imagine it helps with up sales.
Say you bring in your car for a clutch job.
It takes them a year to get around to it, during that time, you figure, might as well do a fuel pump upgrade.
A year later, you figure, add an exhaust.
Another year, gotta get it tuned now.
And since it's been sitting for three years, do a fluid flush.
Two years later, five years after the initial clutch job, you get your car back, but with upgrades.

I’m not going to defend their timelines overall but this time there were some other circumstances contributing to the delays they could not quite control.

I live in the UK so my comments are probably not useful in a US context but are there no other specialists that can do certain work? Leaving a car for 2 years is a long time and I guess that is because the outfit has various projects on the go. I think Hennessey also used to have issues of cars not being finished and taking a long time.
In the UK we have several specialists who by and large are quite professional with their quoting and timing. For example one of the ex-Noble employee has done regular work on McLaren 12C cars as well as Noble. Is there nobody in the US that has a similar kind of track record? Perhaps you could work with a Ford engines specialist. Granted that it's very important to have Noble/Rossion experience but if the outfit is slammed with work, it seems in your interest to go to an outfit that has a slightly bigger head count of trained staff. Lee Noble himself (like, on his own) can turn around most cars in the space of some months. 24+ months waiting means that the outfit has more than likely 20-odd cars on the go at once. On a business and customer satisfaction level that doesn't seem promising.

There is another specialist who can ALSO do the tune. Contact Troy Fralick, he was the one who tuned my car and is extremely responsive even AFTER he does the work. Best vehicle specialist I have worked with, he knew the cars outside and in.
