    Default Shift Lights

As I am about to put my noble m400 into build soon, I am looking at various upgrades and toys to add.

One of the things I believe will be useful, is a set of shift lights. I used them on the Exige and 430 and loved them.

Any recommendations ? has anybody installed shift lights in their Noble?

    Something to consider:

I've owned shift lights, but now prefer using a shift beeper.

They have a video at the bottom. SUPER easy install, completely stealth, and no worrying about missing the light in bright sunny conditions.

    Troy,
    Its a D.I.Y bodge.
I bought the Omex shift light unit. It has the remote light cluster. I unstitched the steering wheel, whittled away at the plastic on both the steering wheel rim and the light cluster block until the two would fit then restiched the wheel with it in place.
Then it was a matter of getting some coiled multicore cable and grafting in a section to allow the wheel to turn the 2.5 turns lock to lock.

I use a Smiths Motorsport tacho which includes shift lights and memory, looks exactly as per the original dial and available 0-8000 rpm. www.tachshack.com/motorsport.htm
